The Northeast Florida (NEFARPM) Chapter of NARPM is an association of local professional residential property managers serving the Northeast areas of Florida. Our members subscribe to NARPM's professional standards and code of ethics, specializing in the management of single-family homes, condominiums and small apartment complexes.
NEFARPM is a member in good standing of the National Association of Residential Property Manager (NARPM) and the Florida Association of Residential Property Managers (FARPM) since its foundation in 1998.
NEFARPM conducts luncheon meetings on a regular basis for its members working in Jacksonville and its surrounding areas. Members utilize these meetings as a networking tool for sharing information and ideas for effective property management. In addition to networking, its members benefit from continuing education and information on topics relating to property management in general and to our specific area.
Meetings are currently being held on a monthly basis on the third Thursday of each month. No meetings are held in May and September. Meetings for 2008 can be previewed by clicking Chapter Meetings tab.

Continued to host Annual Affiliate Luncheon and Trade Show.
Encouraged membership growth to promote professionalism among peers.
Expanded communications by growing the Constant Contact email base.
Continued to pursue new candidates for affiliate membership.
Increased the general membership.
Represented at FARPM Conventions.
Scheduled programs for educational benefits for members and attendees.
Hosted the Landlord Tenant Law Class by Harry Heist with CE Credits.
Hosted a local attorney discussion panel.
Sponsored and hosted FARPM PMA classes.
